Terms and Conditions

1) Hire items booked are to be prepaid via cheque, direct deposit, cash or credit card for the rental period specified and will be sent by courier or our own delivery service to the client upon approval of payment.

2) All goods are hired on the condition that they shall be returned in an undamaged condition and that you (the Customer) shall be responsible for any indemnity against loss or damage.

3) Prior to hire order being accepted, you agree that Kids Toy Hire may debit your credit card or invoice you directly in the event of the non- return, or damage to the hire goods. Lost or badly damaged items will be chargeable at our list price copies of which are obtainable on request.

4) Overdue hire, returns will be charged out at the normal weekly hire fee plus a late penalty fee of $5.00 per day until the item is returned to Kids Toy Hire. 

5) Kids toy hire shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from breach of duty to contract, or in any other way. Kids toy hire cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions and safety warnings; under no circumstances will Kids Toy hire be held liable for any injury caused by or arising from items supplied.

6) Should you wish to extend your hire period beyond the agreed date of return you must notify Kids Toy Hire as soon as possible so the rental period can be extended.

7) Retuning items to Kids Toy Hire when goods arrive to you there will be a freight forward address to attach to the box when returning items to Kids Toy Hire via courier or our own pick up service. If for what ever reason you are unable to be available for collection on the return date you must notify Kids Toy Hire immediately so that other arrangements can be made failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee (read section 4)

8) The items are to be returned in a clean and presentable state or a cleaning fee will be charged and payable by the client.

Security online
9) Kids Toy Hire uses a fully secure payment system. Each order is processed by 
Secure server software, which encrypts payment, all information you input before it sent to us. This means that it is available only to Kids Toy Hire and nobody else has access to it. All credit card transactions are processed securely through BNZ Buy-Line and are sent to BNZ Bank for authorisation. No credit card information is disclose to Kids Toy Hire.

10) Every effort is made on this website to ensure that shopping online is safe 
And secure, but we can not be responsible for fraudulent use of a credit card
If this has not been reported to your credit card company.
